Be honest. Do I come across as too dramatic when I open up?

I’m really sorry if I come across as dramatic. I just don’t have anywhere else safe to write my thoughts where anyone can’t access them.

Not dramatic in the least. Glad you have this outlet to share what are very human problems and concerns. Absolutely nothing wrong with it, we all need that connection with others.
