What are these?

They're lousy as water colors.

Its not even a good colour selection either.
Where are your blues and blacks?
How are you gonna get depth of tone with no darks and little opposite colours?

Honestly looks like a make up palette choice - they are all along one hue line with only one compliment colour.

Mind you....itd make a nice makeup kit palette being neutrals and warms.

@OogieBoogie maybe they're eye shadow? Thenbwhy send it with little books and a brush?
@Tastyfrzz🤔

- Are they powdery?
Do they have any sort of shine to them ?
Do they rub off on your finger when they are dry ?

@OogieBoogie nope. Hard as a rock.
@Tastyfrzz ok....so it's definitely a type of paint then.

How odd.
What a shame.

Tbh....its a pretty crappy brush😂....sorry.

A water color brush is particular in the fact that it holds a lot of product.
They are REALLY soft. (Good ones are made of fur).

If you want to get into water colours....i REALLY recommend getting one good brush.

With one good brush itll cover 99% of your needs.

It has to be fat at the bottom and go to a fine point...this means itll hold a lot of paint, yet be able to do every stroke from thick fill ins ....to tiny details like branches and grass and such.

Ill post a pic of what type i mean:
Personally id choose the bigger one....but for your needs the smaller one would do.
(Brushes are priced basically on quality and size)

I hope you don't think im being bossy....its just....i used to teach watercolor painting 🤷‍♀

Im all for not having to use fancy gear.... but in all my experiementing with materials and paints etc...
- a good brush REALLY makes a difference. Its just something that improves your painting so much.
