Yes about 2.5-4 hours every day
@BiasForAction would you elaborate on that? how and at what?
@LamontCranston 15-20 minutes of calisthenics every day, 10 miles walking or 10+ miles running every day, 15 minutes of weightlifting maybe three times per week.
@BiasForAction pretty strenuous, i'd say.
@LamontCranston I find it time consuming but not strenuous. Much more difficult for me is eating healthy every day, especially this time of year
@BiasForAction Yes. i fully understand that challenge about eating healthy during holiday/party season. But it also more difficult to be outside in winter conditions.
