@Adstar I am nothing of the sort! You have to be American or British to be woke!

@Adstar I am Catholic and I believe that the “Palestinian” problem is that people don’t know the whole story, and they don’t look at the fact the Arab nations around Israel who will not allow these people into their countries, that the mandate managed by Britain included the now kingdom of Jordan, which was originally called Transjordan, until the Israelis won the wars of existence forced on them by the Arab nations, who incidentally had not done anything to make a productive land out of the place. Jordan was the Muslim half of the mandate and Israel was the Jewish part of the mandate. Some antisemitic geographical maps show the land of Israel partitioned but not the lands of Jordan. The Jews were promised a homeland by the Balfour declaration but the gentile nations have utilised still predominantly antisemitic rhetoric in the establishment of Israel. Only the Americans have shown any sense of natural justice for the Jews after the recent Shoah decimation of the Jewish population of Europe and the Mediterranean basin.

@Ximenajacoba Well being a catholic you are duty bound to follow the dictates of the popes.. The last pope was as woke and pro palistinian as you can get and i have not heard anything from the new pope that is pro Isreali...
Following the pope often requiors one to be anti-scriptural..

@Adstar The truth is that Jesus Christ on Earth was a Jew. The Jewish nation has not been cast off by God but it has a relevance in Christian ideology. Being a Zionist is a consequence of two thousand years of wandering for the Jewish people, there are obviously cultural consequences of setting up the Jewish homeland which no one considered and these have been the music of our times. The principles of the Balfour Declaration are still valid.

Thats true.. No one has been cast off by the LORD because of their race.. Jews are the same as all peoples.. They can come to believe Jesus and trust in the Atonement of the LORD Jesus..
Well in the Torah God said He would gather the people back to the land.. But is Zionism a movement of God or is it a movement of Jews using their worldly power to win back the land by their own hands?
Many times in the Torah the Jews struck out to do something on their own initiative.. Not waiting for the leading of God.. And their efforts ended up in disaster.. This latest effort may very well end up a disaster also..
