what do you use as diversion & distraction in today's time

i think most will agree it is a very dark corrupt chaotic world now, a lot going on...and i think having diversions keep you 'sane'....for me it's going on youtube and watching very old clips or videos from bygone times, like sherlock holmes audiobook or sherlock holmes old time radio....or lord of the rings and Tolkien videos....or sometimes i'll just read the holy bible, read a passage.
