How’s your year been, on a scale from 1 to 10?

With 1 being a bed of roses (no thorns included) and 10 being a cascading river of molten lava after a massive eruption.

Maybe a 7. The big things are fine, but I've struggled a bit with energy levels and having to balance too many priorities, and the need to help too many people, at work and at home.
