What is the meaning behind your username?

My username was HiFiRaver--it's the name of a vocaloid song. I've always been into vocaloid music and hi-fi audio is one of my hobbies.

I shortened it because I'm deleting my account and I thought I'd keep the username available in case I ever wanted to come back. 😕

@SomeMichGuy Well sort of, but vocaloid goes back long before "AI" was a thing. It's a voice bank based on a real singer's voice, that people can then make their own songs with.

@SomeMichGuy Generally each vocaloid (which is presented as a cartoon character, like Hatsune Miku) is based on one singer or voice actor. Miku's voice is sampled from a woman named Saki Fujita, for example. :)
