Is it weird if your partner forgets that you know their friends?

Like you've hung out with them, went to their wedding, yet your partner still thinks you don't know who they are?

Does he normally have memory problems? I know some people who have terrible memories so it really depends, but yes I would think it's weird if we had hung out multiple times.
