I believe the concept of Love bombing is deliberate to get someone to like the person or the group so that they can manipulate you later.
That would mean love bombing could not be done innocently.
If you mean how can you know the way somebody is treating you is love bombing or genuine? the only advice I could give you is to ask yourself is this behavior over the top? does anyone else really act this way when they're first engaging with someone? Are you uncomfortable with the level of attention they are giving you?
