Last guy I am aware of who used to do this got his accounts restricted and left after I outed him. He had like 6 accounts while pretending to have a perfect life and attacking people left and right. Some of which were Female accounts.

I wouldn't be surprised if it is just him this time again.

@Miram he must be back. I vaguely remember blocking him before, maybe with a different name. He sounds like other accounts I've blocked. He pretends he's living some great life, while he spends the weekend on SW laughing at people's misfortune.
