how to 'get over' my fear of foreigners

like i'm white british and i have a deep fear of foreigners and anything that's 'different' to me and my way of life, for eg, my area is getting very multicultural & diverse now and it's making me not wanting to go out anymore?

what can i do, or how can i get over my fear?

That’s an interesting question bc I think fear is to blame for racism. We dislike ppl we fear…makes sense. Try befriending a foreigner, and see what happens.

I find that people from some cultures are often more accepting of me than people from my own.
