Is there something you have to do to fall asleep?

I sleep with my hands like this… I don’t know why I always do it instinctively 😅 I’ve tried not doing it but then I can’t fall asleep

That is interesting 🫢 i dont have to do anything specific but it helps if I look into my eyelids and let my imagination take over. I see places, faces, objects, scary monsters, and of course boobs
