Should I call the police? What can I do?

This blood curdling scream just woke me up, it sounded like it was in the neighborhood but I couldn’t tell exactly where.

It sounded real, like this woman was in legit fear, and now there’s complete silence.
I’m stressing, like was this a prank? Should I call someone?? 😰 am I overreacting? Maybe someone just had a night terror?
