I don't have a TV so see one only infrequently, but to answer directly: Yes, and all annoying.
Thank God for the BBC being advertisement-free on both TV and radio; and I hope it remains so.
I rarely whatch YouTube videos and then only ones cited to me as potentially interesting to me, by peoiple sharing the same interest. My reluctance is due very much to Google's deliberately intrusive use of inane advertisements for nothing at all relevant to the subject, let alone me.
