Ive used it raw in slaw type prep and in Asian stirfry, egg roll in a bowl type thing in place of cabbage

@BrandNewMan like raw. Just sit and tap salt on it. Eat while watching tv. Like a snack

@Bexsy Never tried it that way .. so this instead of carrot /celery sticks ?
