What's up with Euros making fun of Americans for putting ice in our drinks? Like ice. Cold isn't the objectively best way to consume beverages?

@basilfawlty89 again like AI said to babs. Most people who ice their wine are drinking a cheap swill or fortified wines that it's a tad bit different. There is some cheap lush wines here that I don't think the other side of the pond really has a fuel grasp on the flavor or the one specific reason you drink them

@BabyLonia I mostly agree, but theres some cheap American wines and Americans fortified wines that actually are kinda nice on ice. Mostly because they arent really good wines to begin with and more just for the buzz.

If you put ice on even a moderate merlot Imma make fun of you but if you're putting Mad Dogs or a cheap sparkling Cold Duck it's whatever.
