I Have a Question

Would you say it was kind of creepy that someone so noisy that they would make up lots of different Facebook accounts but you find them and keep blocking them but just to look on your profile or your friends profile ,or sisters page just to see and find out what your brother in law is doing cause that person has an obsession with him.
