Do you use a calendar or planner to keep track of appointments and tasks, or do you use phone and computer?

I use my outlook calendar heavily because it is also visible to coworkers when I'm presenting/in meetings/available etc . The rest of the time I'm free/weekend/ I don't really need a calendar

@PepsiColaP when I am covering reception desk I schedule everyone’s meetings in outlook. Including mine.
