Flavoured milks are probably excruciatingly high in sugars. I never liked milk as a child - we used to get free little bottles at school - but as an adult I find it very refreshing. I recently switched from semi-skimmed back to full-fat after discovering there's very little difference healthwise.
Slightly off-topic but for breakfast during the winter I've been having chocolate porridge: one cup of oats, 2 cups of plain milk and a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder. Microwave for 2 minutes, leave to stand while I have a bath and get dressed and then nuke it for another 1.5 minutes. I think it's delicious.
