@Nebula Sometimes, it's hard to get people to see that, if I say "I'm tired", I mean that I'm way past tired and on the verge of having a health crisis if I don't get some sleep soon.
For me, tired is constantly there, just like you know that you're going to wake up and breathe today. What I don't know is how much I can plan and participate in a day before I feel like I have run a marathon and I need to rest and sleep.
