I Have a Question

What does K mean?
I know it's used as an abbreviation for OK, especially in conversation; but I'm still so confused. So far, I've noticed that OK/K doesn't always sound like how it does at all judging by its irrelevance to a certain content of a certain circumstance.

(note that the picture is for illustration purposes only, it gets to the point though)

Also, what does someone mean when they say more than a K?
