I’ve always been dead against them. And wanting to do the natural thing of diet and exercise. But I think it’s personal for every person and that you have a good general practitioner that looks at your case and your family history, etc. and just doesn’t write you a prescription.🙏

@FoolishLuna I feel worst and it is crippling me mentally , thinking than being dependent and then having to stop might do more harm
