Whats it called when you unintentionally mix up the first part of words while speaking?

Its this some sort of dyslexia?

Example:
What comes out
"I love your sweaty cozer"
What was meant to come out
"I love your cozy sweater"
And
"The gan needs vas"
"The van needs gas"

You mean swopping the initial letters around, as in "blushing crow" for "crushing blow"? That's called a spoonerism. It's named after the Reverend Spooner (1844-1930), who was famous for doing that. He used to call himself the Speverend Rooner.
