How would you help your friend versus your best friend that you joke with often?

How would you react if your friend who was Visually impaired had their phone less than half an inch away from their eyes with giant text, and they still were asking you for help because the text was way too small for them? Like how would you react, what would you say, if this was your typical friend versus if this was your BFF friend that you joke with all the time?
