what can you do about neighbours noise in the daytime

the woman neighbour in the apartment below me, i hear her music from her sound system often through the daytime...she doesn't exactly blast it, but i still hear it through my floor, the walls are thin and it disturbs my peace and quiet?

i live in a 4 storey apartment block, i live on the 3rd floor, she lives on the 2nd floor....is there anything i can do about hearing her noise in the day?

talk to her .. and remember . her rights don end where your feeling begin .. if it is too loud there are limits on how loud it can be.. check the rules in your town.. how many db it can be .. if she is over that yes you can co something and if she is not .. no you cant other than talking to her..
