Typically I fall asleep between 11pm and 1am and wake up at 7:30. If I’m still tired I’ll sleep until 8:30.
and if I’m feeling bad that’s all out the window and I’ll fall asleep sometime between 3am and 7am, and I’ll wake up when I have to get up for work or at 10am if I’m not working.
