Do you frequently dream of an ex?

I remember having multiple dreams about an ex I hadn't seen in a long time or spoken to. A few days later, I was in town driving and running errands, and who did I see? That same ex. Dreams are funny things. I believe sometimes they try to tell you stuff.

Yes, in cycles. Right now, those dreams are on an uptick. I wake up sad, lonely, and angry all at the same time. 😔
