Do you carry a picture of an old flame in your wallet, or do you keep one hidden away in a drawer or somewhere on your computer?

Or did you destroy all the photos? Will you be honest? Do tell.

No photos. Why would I do that? I do not live in the past. I keep poems and stories people have done in honour of me. And those from former partners. I am always honest. That is my way. Now you may answer your own question, LB?

@PoetryNEmotion Some people do though, live in the past. I also have old stories and poems people have written for me through the years. I also have photos. A few are very special to me. Even though the photos are there, I never look at them. It would serve no purpose. My question stemmed from reading a Reddit post where old photos were causing a problem between husband and wife. It made me curious about the subject.
@LadyBronte Okay. Yet if they are meaningless really, why don't you get rid of them? The photos. My ex-spouse used to keep photos of his exes. I didn't like that. Turns out he was a cheater too. He even maintained correspondence with some. Despicable. I have no photos of exes.

@PoetryNEmotion As I said, some of the photos are very special to me. But I have no desire to go back through them all to pick and choose. Too many emotions that run much too deep, far too many memories...so I never look. Maybe someday. Until then, they can languish there in a file, unopened and undisturbed. It is enough for now.
