Don't you, but you don't need to say anything if you don't want to, and as far as stuff like this goes, you could always say a joke about yourself, or an odd fact or something you've done, and if you're self concsious you could make it into a form of game people play called 2 lies and a truth, where you make up 2 lies similar to to the truth where people have to guess.
