@NerdyPotato potato salad is a bit of an American thing. Surprisingly little vegetables lol

@Samek it's easy to make and most people like it so it's a standard choice.. the amount of other veggies depends on the maker..
But I can bring the wacamole:)

@SW-User thank you 😌 (But out of character, I do like potato salad, so good choice! It's just a shame the supermarket ones usually contain onions too. I don't like those.)

@NerdyPotato I'll add tomatoes, cucumbers, onions but I can add them after you fill your plate !!! Olive oil of course, boiled eggs, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano

@SW-User if you add the onions later, that sounds like the best potato salad I've ever had. Never seen it with anything other than potatoes, onions and some sauce that's probably mostly mayo.

@SW-User my mum's potato salad is similar exept for the cucumbers and tomatoes, she adds chopped apple and gherkins.
It sounds diagusting 😅....but its amazing how all the flavours work .

@OogieBoogie exactly... Sounds unfit but it turns out great... I'm inspired now! I'll try to make this dish later in the coming week...once I finish with the ton of pumpkin and winter melon 🍈 that the fridge is full of first!
