So if you get a traffic ticket in a foreign country does it follow you?

I've been planning some foreign countries and I just wonder if I happen to get a speeding ticket will it have any consequences once I get back home

If you rent a car they will pass the fine on to you or just take the amount plus a service fee from your credit card.

If you take your own car abroad it depends on whether your country cooperates with others to provide driver details. If you are stopped by the authorities they will take your details, but cameras rely on cooperation.
