So if you get a traffic ticket in a foreign country does it follow you?

I've been planning some foreign countries and I just wonder if I happen to get a speeding ticket will it have any consequences once I get back home

It does follow you. I've gotten speed cam tickets from Switzerland sent to me. You have to be very aware.

If you don't pay the fine, you can never go back.

@come2gether thank you for letting me know. Switzerland is one country I'm planning on visiting. I've had a few tickets in my country and just wondering if it happened outside of it counts towards my total

It's a rent-a-car. You can always settle with rental company.
