It’s been a long time….
But I still remember…
I was hard of hearing…
She was mumbling something ….
I had to repeatedly ask what…
And then I stopped asking, just kept smiling and nodding…
After a while she stopped speaking.
I paid the bills.
We never went out again 😊😏
