What’s a sad truth/reality that you learned on your journey through life?

I had a coworker go from testing coordinator to assistant principal over the summer 🤔

@iamnikki Do people want the principal job? I've heard I'm some school they don't, because basically they're in a lose, lose situation.

But on the other hand more money...
