No, but you could send them a message and, in a nice way, suggest it be marked fetish. The only other alternative is to report it, but if you do it will permanently block the user from your profile.
@meJess I am not certain, but I only have 9 people blocked so not something that would matter for me yet. I don't report often either, but I had to recently and noticed it blocked the person. I do not see them on my "blocked list" so I am assuming it doesn't. I saw a post too, that said if you block someone and have multiple accounts it blocks all accounts. I might create an alternate to test that out but not today. I like the default idea and certain words in a post does trigger the sensitive and fetish tags. It just isn't perfect.
@badminton They do have it separated unless the key words aren't in the algorithms to automatically block it and the OP forgets to mark it. It automatically defaults not to see it unless the reader checks boxes to open up that post type. .
