I Have a Question

Any of you on instagram? I've got a question. Can someone you block still tag you in photos? Because I blocked someone for insulting me and she tagged me in a photo but I removed the tag. Then she blocked me so even if she does tag me, I won't be able to see it since she blocked me. I'd rather her tag me in comments than photos because that means it will show up in tagged photos on my profile
