How would you describe your childhood?

@Menetics Just different growing up the youngest in a big family of Mormons even being in a Mormon community I've never met anyone with a similar childhood, but I guess most people feel that way.

@Lostpoet That's true. Do you think your experiences were good or bad? Were your parents strict?

@Menetics Mostly Bad, not really strict unless they found out about something, both my parents worked, i was alone most of the time.

@Lostpoet I'm sorry... What about your siblings?

@Menetics They's ok i guess, they've had better lives then me, but I'm really not close to any of them, and a couple of them i hope to never see.

@Lostpoet Why is that? How many siblings do you have?

@Menetics five older brothers, four older sisters, i had another sister but she died before I was born.

@Lostpoet Did you ever open up to your parents about how you were feeling? Are you all close by age? I'm sorry about your sister.

@Menetics nah feelings weren't something you shared in my family feelings are something liberals share. We are kind of close in age.

@Lostpoet I see, a parent's views shouldn't be forced on their children. We should think about the well-being of our children. How often do you guys have a family reunion?

@Menetics My grandparents on my dad's side did one every year, but they passed away. I'm not sure if my family is doing them anymore .

@Lostpoet Why not do it? :o You could continue something they would've done. It's terrifying to talk about the negative experiences we had from the past but once we do, it usually sets us free.
