Find your Center everyday. Whether or not that's through meditation, prayers, or however you do it, find your Center.

If you are in between therapists, think of what past therapists would tell you. I'm kind of in between therapists right now. And I get anxiety sometimes. So sometimes I would think about what one of my past therapists would say to me when I talk to them about the problem.

If you deal with intrusive thoughts, ask yourself two questions.
1. Is the thought useful?
2. Do you take pleasure in the thought?
The thought maybe useful. But if it causes you stress and undue worry, it's definitely not useful. Usually most intrusive thoughts are not useful because you're reminding yourself of your past failures.
And intrusive thoughts are rarely pleasurable. You might be beating yourself up over something that happened in your past. So, therefore, intrusive thoughts are not useful. Put them out of your mind and move on with your life. That's how I deal with intrusive thoughts.

Keep in mind that I'm not a trained professional. But that's how I handle my shit.
@Prisoner1972 It does get to be a challenge.
It's day by day. Sometimes, moment by moment.
