How do you study

how do you study when you feel lazy, unmotivated, with zero energy or passion with what you're studying?

Im a first year bsn student. At my first school i was trying my best to read all the handouts and books only to end up not excelling. Now that i transfered i am struggling to study or even get up in my bed and crack open the books and pdf's they gave us. My prelim exam is this September 27. I haven't properly studied. And today i did try. But nothing went through my mind. Nothing. I cant even memorize the different terminologies of anatomy. Please help

Perhaps you chose the wrong profession. My best guess is that you are either suffering from depression (you can’t take anything in, and retain it when truly depressed), or you have no interest in the subject matter, which means you need to change your area of study.

@Carissimi but I cant just switch major... I've already spend a lot of money here. My parents would be disappointed too

Unless nursing is what you really want to do, you have a choice ...disappoint your parents or waste years of their money, your time, and happiness on something you don’t want. You need to determine why you feel this lethargic before making a major decision. @potatopatata
