Did your parents prepare you for adulthood?

Did you talk about budgeting, bullies, racial discrimination, sex, taxes, etc? What subjects did your parents teach you and what subjects have you taught your children as they are growing up?

Yes, they let me be independent from a very young age. They built my confidence around a lot of these things, through conversations and through the books they’d get me to read.
