Id get punished in some way if i wanted to do anything by myself . (Well except go to work).
I had things taken away, broken, insurance taken off my vehicles, laptop wiped etc....just because i wanted to go places , see stuff, experience a kind of social life. It got to the point i was afraid to go to work, coz i knew hed go through my drawers and stuff. Its was insane!

Some people are just weird control freaks , ....and very insecure .

Just to be alone for days on end? He wouldn’t understand that sort of thing. It took years for him to not take so much offense if I go in another room to read or draw in the evenings. He’ll still come in there and sit sometimes anyway. 😂 He’s fine with me being quiet though so I don’t really need more than I have.

I hope the woman I'd end up with would allow me to have some time alone if needed, but even more so, I'd hope to never feel the need to be further away than in a different room for days.

Would he be cool with me having alone time? Sure. I could go on a trip alone and vice versa. Would he ‘take me’ on a trip, like flip the bill, where I’d then want to be left alone? 🤔 That part seems like it feel weird.
