What does it mean to be Queen Consort of the United Kingdom?

If something happens to King Charles will she be the queen or will Prince William be next in line? I’m just curious

William is next in line.
While the Queen is a monarch, the Queen Consort is married to a monarch but not in the line of succession at all.
