Can I use this hotel as legal residence?

I’ve been living in two hotels since last October. I don’t have a legal mailing address. I’ve been putting hold mail to my local post office. But I never pick up the mail and it sent to sender. My question can I use this as a address? I’ve been living at this hotel between 20-24 days a month since last October I’ve been at another hotel rest of the time. I can’t get an apartment because someone lied about me living there. Management company said “I lied on my rental application” but I didn’t. I lived at this residential for 3 years I paid rent I gave them his name as my landlord. He he told them “I never lived there” can I use this hotel as a mailing address. I don’t get much mail anyways. All my bills go to my email. I can’t get a PO Box because I don’t have any documentation of residence
