I do not believe in supernatural things, so I do not believe in blessings, in that sense.
But circumstances can be good.
I am fortunate to have been born with an intelligent mind, and intelligent parents who helped it grow, and a good education.
I have been fortunate to have grown up in a safe environment and to have gotten the support I needed to learn. Because of good grades I got grant money for college, too.
I have been fortunate to have lived in green places with plenty of water.
But circumstances can be good.
