I know this is an unusual question, but is it ok to recreate my 5yr old's birthday cupcakes?

Just so that us as a family would have a family picture taken with her blowing her candles? Because it was my friend in the picture when she did it and I was the one taking the photo. I think my friend overstepped a bit at that moment.

I don't need violent reactions, please. Just as a mom, I keep thinking about this and I can't get over it.

@Turtlepower I hate that it happened that way tbh. She should've been holding me or her sister on that special day when she was blowing her candle. Not my friend. I know she acts like she's their mum too, but it's different because I was there as well.

@GunFinger Yeah, I don't blame you for how you feel and it sounds complicated. I find the adding the husband in sad but your situation is none of my business :) I'm sensitive to that because of my lack of father growing up.

@Turtlepower it is complicated because I know it'd be a different feeling and atmosphere as it's nit her birthday anymore. Their dad is arriving from work tonight so the photo most probably will be on Thursday or tomorrow.
