how should you deal with it when u think people are laughing at u

i have paranoia yes, but there's times when i go out that i think people are laughing at me or humoring themselves over me and it makes me very angry.....overall, in public, i come over as quite stern and standoffish....i can't take a joke and tend to take things personal.

Just one word of wisdom. While I know that it does happen, just remember that ‘most’ people are thinking of themselves and it’s usually all about them and not others. It’s a very self centered world out there.
