Thats how it is in real life too. For some reason people just can't live and let live. They just have to go find people who want to dance to a different beat and insert themselves into their business just to fuck it all up.
People like that need to be rounded up and isolated from the rest of society. Put them behind high walls and make them think that the rest of humanity has perished outside and it isnt safe to leave the confines of their allotted lands.
