I do hope that some web guru on this site could help me

Can anyone tell me if there are any free to use sites like the or similar to the old yahoo messenger. It has bedn years but i used to like communicating and meeting people arround the world from all different walks of life. If you know of any harder to find communities or messengers please drop me a line.

Not that I've seen. I use Skype to chat, but that's only with a handful of friends. I do miss Yahoo Messenger though. It was a pretty decent program.
