Why would you tell me that you're blocking me and why you're doing it?

it's always made more sense to me to just block quietly and move on. I suppose there's some argument to be made for 'if you don't tell them, they won't know what they've done wrong' and there are (or at least at one time were) a ton of the whining 'wozzaname blocked me! and I never did nuthin!'.
then again, those always seem goofy cuz wozzaname will never see a post of someone they've blocked.
in general, I tend to agree with you; it seems more like a drama-generating ploy for the most part.

“Why did (insert username here) block me ?”
I always wonder why [b]they[/b] care. 😳
