I take showers in the total dark with some type of essential oil burning because for that little moment with the water its a calming sensory experience. Relax

@SW-User Actually it's true. I have severe light sensitivity and there are times I will showering the dark. I shave my face in the shower with no mirror, so light or dark, it's all the same.
